How it works:

Engineered Water Control: A precision-designed reservoir and shower screen distribute fresh water evenly over an 80mm coffee bed in slow, controlled stages.
Gentle Saturation: The sealed chamber sits close to the coffee bed, reducing agitation while using natural back pressure to ensure even flow.
Thermal Efficiency: Advanced temperature control maximizes extraction for a stronger, fuller brew — using less coffee.
Seamless Operation: Automated processes and thoughtful engineering create a smooth, consistent brewing experience every time.

How it works:

Engineered Water Control: A precision-designed reservoir and shower screen distribute fresh water evenly over an 80mm coffee bed in slow, controlled stages.
Gentle Saturation: The sealed chamber sits close to the coffee bed, reducing agitation while using natural back pressure to ensure even flow.
Thermal Efficiency: Advanced temperature control maximizes extraction for a stronger, fuller brew — using less coffee.
Seamless Operation: Automated processes and thoughtful engineering create a smooth, consistent brewing experience every time.

TRADITIONAL RECIPE - MEDIUM GRIND 50g to 1 Litre)

Use 25g of coffee to 500ml of boiling water

Place a filter paper on the tray inside the brew chamber.
Pre-soak the paper with hot or cold water — hot water helps warm the brewer for better extraction.
Place 25g of medium-ground coffee (adjust to taste and coffee type) on top of the filter.
Gently tap or shake the chamber to level the coffee bed. A flat, even surface is ideal. Using a WDT tool is also recommended.
Lock the brew chamber into the drip reservoir and place the setup on your favourite carafe.
Pour in 500ml of hot boiling water and let the brewer handle the rest.
Once the water has fully passed through, remove the brewer, unscrew the chamber, and discard the used coffee.
Rinse the brewer immediately after use for easier cleaning.
